Sales Associate
Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong product knowledge and communicate key features to customers
- Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and drive sales through recommendations
- Ensure store displays are organized, visually appealing, and meet company standards
- Track sales, perform inventory checks, and generate accurate reports
- Handle daily store operations including shipments, restocking, and returns
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience
- Maintain focus and positive attitude in high-pressure situations
- Keep designated areas clean, organized, and safe
- Be proactive, reliable, and take ownership of tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in English; Chinese or Spanish fluency is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet physical demands (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)

Job Description
As Regional Director, you'll oversee TARANIS operations, market development, channel establishment, and team building across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations, market development, and channel establishment
- Research U.S. market operations and consumer habits
- Collaborate on medium-to-long term overseas product planning
- Organize and participate in market activities to enhance brand awareness
- Oversee store design, operational quality, performance, and staffing
- Operate system software and report market status regularly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, age 30-40
- 1+ years as store manager in U.S. chain restaurant or retail
- Ability to independently handle business affairs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English for business communication
- U.S. Green Card holders preferred
- Willing to travel to U.S., China, and surrounding areas
