RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn (especially outdoors), unwashed, and free from dirt or damage.

  • Original shoe boxes and tags must be included.

  • Note: Clearance or customized items are non-returnable.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Non-Defective Returns: For returns or exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), a $10 USD shipping fee will be charged or deducted from your refund.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover 100% of the return costs if the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection (minus any applicable $10 fee).

  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. A $10 USD shipping fee applies for non-quality-related exchanges.

5. Defective Products If your shoes have a manufacturing issue, contact us at shop@taraniskids.com within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. International Customs & Duties (Non-US)

  • Returns: Our team handles any customs duties incurred during the return/exchange process for international orders.

  • Replacements: We cover all associated customs fees and duties for any replacement sent due to our error.
