Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused children’s shoes in their original packaging.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Shoes must be unused, unworn outdoors, and free from dirt or damage.

The original shoe box and tags must be included.

Clearance or customized items are non-returnable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within the return window. Exchange stock is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Defective Products
If your shoes arrive with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
